Welcome to another Frame tutorial
This is my own creation and the sole property of Staitlee's Creations
This tutorial was done in PSP 9
REQUIREMENTS:
PLUGINS
SIMPLE
GREG'S FACTORY OUTPUT VOL IICYBIA
 This is the frame we will be making
Choose your Foreground color- with your dropper tool select a light color from your graphic. Choose a darker one for the background
Now select a gradient that will compliment your graphic
All borders will be symmetrical
Step 1-Image add border 2 white, select with magic wand- 0 tolerance, 0 feather-and FF with the foreground color..
Selections invert, EFFECTS/3D/BUTTONIZE at 20.20.75 color black. Deselect.
Step 2-Image, add border 5 WHITE, select, FF with background color. EFFECTS/PLUGINS//CYBIA/SCREENWORKS/MEZZOGRAIN with these settings:
 EFFECTS/EDGE EFFECTS/ENHANCE. Deselect
Step 3-Image, add border of 2 white. select, FF with gradient. Deselect.
Step 4-Image, add border of 15 white, select, FF with background color. EFFECTS/PLUGIN/SIMPLE/BLITZ .
Keep selected, GREG'S POOL SHADOW. with the default settings. You can slide the bottom 2 sliders to the left to your liking.
Keep selected, EFFECTS/3D/INNER BEVEL with these settings:
 Deselect
Step 5-Image add border 2 white, select with magic wand- 0 tolerance, 0 feather-and FF with the foreground color.Deselect.
Step 6Image, add border 5 WHITE, select, FF with background color. EFFECTS/PLUGINS//CYBIA/SCREENWORKS/MEZZOGRAIN with the settings from step2
EFFECTS/EDGE EFFECTS/ENHANCE. Deselect
Step 7-Image, add border of 2 white. select FF with gradient. Deselect.
Step 8-Image , add border of 20 white, select FF with background color.
EFFECTS/REFLECTION EFFECTS/KALEIDOSCOPE with these settings: and deselect.

Repeat the inner bevel and deselect.
Step 9Image, add border of 2 white. select, FF with gradient. Apply pool shadow.
You are now finished with your frame, If you want to add corners for decorations, choose your corner, EDIT/COPY, click back on frame and paste as NEW LAYER..
Go to EFFECTS/PLUGINS/SIMPLE/TOP LEFT MIRROR-ok. If you want a drop shadow on them, X out the background layer, V & H 1, opacity 75 and blur of 5.
Open background layer again and merge all flatten and resize to your liking.
