When I saw this smile on my 3 mos old grandson Mathew, I knew I had to share it with the world somehow. So I use him as my model.

If you need a plugin and can't find it-look HERE

Choose the graphic you want to frame. Pick a color for the foreground, mine is #9DADBA and the Gold Pattern. For background, use black and the MathewPat pattern, or your choice of pattern-something that will compliment your graphic.
Change colors to your Pattern boxes and put in your gold and pink patterns at 100% and 0 angle.

Image/add border of 1 black Symmetric checked. Select with magic wand tolerance and feather 0. Selections all, selections modify /contract by 1. . effects/3d effects/buttonize with these settings: then select none.

Select None

Now switch between FG and BF colors in the top pallet where the arrow is. Image/add border of 3, select, FF with gold pattern. Effects/Filters/Cybia_Screenworks-apply this setting. Deselect


Image sharpen. Deselect.

Toggle back to BG color. Image/add border of 1.

Toggle back to FG color. Image/add border of 5, select border, FF with MathewPat pattern. Effects/3d/inner bevel with these settings then deselect:

Toggle back to BG color. Image/add border of 1 black.

Toggle back to FG color-Image, add border of 3, FF with gold, reapply the Screenworks settings. Deselect

Toggle again to BG color-Image add border of1.

Image, add border of 3, FF with gold, reapply the Screenworks again. Deselect

Image/add border of 25. Select border, Effects/Reflection Effects/Kaleidoscope with these settings: deselect.

Apply this inner bevel then deselect.

Toggle back to FG color - Image/add border of 1.

Repeat steps 2, 3 and 4. Deselect

Image/add border of 40. Select, FF with FG color. EFFECTS/ TEXTURE EFFECTS/MOSIAC GLASS with these settings: Keep selected.


Apply this outer bevel-deselect.


Apply this innerbevel then deselect:


13-Image add border of 3, FF with gold, apply the Cybia settings again. Sharpen, deselect.
CORNERS-optional
Select the corner you want to use. Click on it to make it active, edit/copy, click back on frame and paste as new layer. Move to top left corner.
Image, Plugins/Simple/TopLeftMirror. apply. Now close off BG layer and merge all the corners visible. Apply a drop shadow of 1, 1, 70 and 5 if you like. Un X the background layer, merge all flatten-save as jpg or gif and resize.
