This is a sample of the frame we are going to make.


Choose your Foreground color- use dropper to select a color from your pic.
Now change your foreground to styles box
and select the gold pattern at 100% and 0 angle, make the background color black.
Step 1
Image add border 1 black, symmetric, select border, selections invert,
effects, cutout with these settings: V & H 2, opacity 100, blur 25.
Repeat the cutout with V & H -2, other numbers the same/ Deselect
Step 2
Image, add border 3, select, FF with gold-deselect
Step 3
Image, add border of 1 black
Step 4
Image, add border of 6, select, FF with gold,
Effects/Plugins/Texturizer with these settings:


Keep selected go to Effects/Plugins/Bordermania/Frame2 with these settings:


Deselect.
Step 5
Image, add border of 1 black
Step 6
Image , add border of 3, select FF with gold and deselect.
Step 7
Image, add border of 20, select, FF with your color.
Effects/Plugins/Fantastic Machine/Paint Engine with these settings:


Keep selected and apply this inner bevel:


Repeat the inner bevel again. Select None.
Step 8
Image, add border of 1 black
Step 9
Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4.
Step 10
Image add border of 30, select and FF with your foreground color.
Effects. Plugins/Gregs Factory Output Vol II/Pool Shadow with these settings:


Keep selected and go to effects/3d effects and innerbevel with same settings as in step 7 only 1 time.
Step 11
Image , add border of 1 black
Step 12
Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4-deselect.

You are now finished with your frame, If you want to add corners for decorations,
Choose your corner, edit/copy/click back on frame and PASTE AS NEW LAYER
.
duplicate that layer, then mirror.
Now duplicate this layer and flip.
Duplicate this layer and mirror.
If you want a drop shadow on them, X out the background layer,
click on one of the corner layers and merge visible,
then apply a drop shadow of V & H 1, opacity 60 and blur of 2.5.
