This tutorial was written with PSP Version 7.
For this tutorial, you will need:
PSP 7
Right click and save
Andrew Filter 13-Warp Warposity-for Version Psp 8
Step 1
Open graphic that you like and shift D to make a copy of it.
Minimize it for now. Go to open graphic-use dropper to choose one light color for your foreground
and one dark color for your background.
Now set your foreground to the pattern Angle 0, repeat 0, ok.
Set your Magic Wand to tolerance and feather to 0 and RGB value.
Step 2
Image, add border of 1 border symmetrical with dark color. Select with MW, invert, apply this cutout:


Deselect
Step 3
Image-add border of 3 symmetric with lighter color. Magic wand to select the border-
floodfill with pattern. Select None.
Step 3
Image-add border of 3 using your background color.
Step 4
Toggle colors- Image-add border of 3 and select with magic wand and floodfill with pattern.
Keep selected and go to selections invert-effects/3d effects/cutout using V & H 2, opacity 24, blur 40.
repeating with -2.
Step 5
Toggle colors again and add border of 15.
Click on duplicated image to make active
Step 6
(Psp 7 version) Effect/geometic effects/ripple with these settings:


Select None
Now for version Psp 8-go to Andrews Filter 13/Warp Warposity with these settings:
Factor 4, Red 179, Green 190, Blue 109, x-y 59, x+y 64, Mix 1 89, Mix 2, 104 and apply
Now apply this inner bevel.

Deselect

Step 7
Repeat steps 2-4.
Step 8
Image add border of 25 symmetric-select with magic wand-click on mirrored image,
edit copy-click back on frame and paste INTO selection. Keep Selected.
Step 9
Effects/Blur/Motion Blur at angle 98 and pixels 10.
Effects/noise/add 20% uniform.
Step 10
Selections invert-Effects-3d effects-Outer Bevel with these settings:


Step 11
-Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4.
Resize to your liking and effects-sharpen.

If you want to put on corners, get the one you want to use.
Click on it to make active and paste onto frame as new layer
Duplicate that layer then mirror
Duplicate the mirrored layer and flip
Duplicate the flipped layer and mirror
Close out the background frame. Click on one of the corners, merge visible.
Now unX your background layer and merge all Flatten.
