Right click and save to disk

Open the graphic you want to use, shift D to duplicate it, close out original for later use. With the , select a color from your graphic for the foreground color and the Gradient included settings of Angle 117 and repeats 4. Select Black for the background.
Step 1
Image add border of 1 black, select with magic wand, selections invert, apply this cutout: V & H 1, opacity 70, blur 30, color white. Select None.
Step 2
Image add border of 2 with the foreground color, select with magic wand. Change the foreground color in Styles . Now FF with the gradient. Select None.
Step 3
Image add border of 1 black
Step 4
Image add border of 2, select with magic wand and FF with gradient. Select None. Now add a border of 1 black.
Step 5
Select all, modify, contract by 6, invert Filter Factory A, Pool Shadow with these settings: then deselect.


Step 6
Image add border of 25, select with magic wand and FF with foreground color. Effects/Plugins/Mehdi/Kaleidoscope2 with these settings:


Image mirror
Effects/Plugins/Simple/TopLeftMirror
Apply this InnerBevel then delselect


Step 7
Image add border of 1 black
Step 8
Add border of 2 FG color.. select with magic wand and FF with gradient. Select none
Step 9
Image add border of 1 black
Step 10
Image add border of 2, select with magic wand and FF with gradient. Select None. Now add a border of 1 black.
Select all, modify, contract by 6, invert. Effects/Plugins/ Filter Factory A, Pool Shadow with same settings from Step 5. Deselect.
Step11
Image add border of 30, select with magic wand , FF with foreground color. Effect/Plugins/EyeCandy/Swirl:

Keep selected and apply the Inner Bevel again. Deselect.

Step12
Add border of 1 black.
Step 13
Image add border of 2, Select, FF with gradient. Deselect.
Step 14
Image, add border of 1 black
Step 15
Image, add border of 2 FG color. Select, FF with gradient. Deselect.
Step 16
Select all, modify, contract by 6, invert Filter Factory A, Pool Shadow with these settings: then deselect.



You are now finished with your frame unless you want to add corners
If you want to add corners:
Open the corner you want to use and edit/copy/click back on frame/paste as new layer
Place that corner in the left top hand corner where you want it.
Go to Simple/TopLeftMirror and apply Close off the background layer..
On your corner layer, add a drop shadow of V & H 1, opacity 100, blur 13.
Un X your frame layer and merge ALL FLATTEN. Save as jpg or gif. Resize if you like.
