Right click and save to your pattern folder
Choose the graphic you want to frame, shift D to duplicate and close out original
Choose a light-FG and a dark-BG color from your graphic.
Step 1
Image, add border of 2 black, select with magic wand, Selections, invert, apply this cutout then select none:


Step 2
Image, add border of 3 with FG color, select with magic wand, FF with gold fill at 100% and 0 angle. sharpen. Select None.
Step3
Image add border of 2 black
Step 4
Image, add border of 6 with FG color, select, FF with gold fill. Effects/texture effects/sandstone with these settings:

Select None. Effects/Plugins/Bordermania/Frame #2-apply these settings:

Image, add border of 2 black

Image, add border of 20 with FG color. Select border, Effects/plugins/Kang2/Peacock Variations with these settings:

Keep selected, Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur 3.5. Effects/Plugins/Funhouse/Radial Mirror/ Reflections of 3.
Effects/3D effects/Inner Bevel


Step7
Image add border of 2 black.
Step 8
Image, add border of 3 with FG color. Select with magic wand, FF with gold fill-select none
Step 9
Repeat steps 3 and 4
Step 10
Image, add border of 27 with FG color. Select with magic wand, Effects/plugins/DSB FLUX/GEARS with gears at 17 and strength at 57. Keep selected. Effects/Plugins/Distort/Turn Your Inside Outside with Tightness of 152. Effects/Plugins/Gregs's Factory Output II/Pool Shadow


Reapply the inner bevel and select none.
Step 11
Image add border of 1 black. Repeat steps, 2, 3, and 4.
Step12
Image, add border of 38 with FG color. Select with magic wand. Effects/Plugins/Simple/Quick Tile. Repeat the Gaussian Blur of 3.5. Reapply Inner Bevel. Select None.
Step 13
Add border of 2 black. Add border of 3 with FG color, select border, FF with gold. Select none.
Now you are finished unless you want to add corners.
To add corners, select the corner you want to use. Edit/copy, click back on frame/paste as new layer. Place it where you want it and go to Simple/TopLeftMirror/OK. Now, close out the background layer, make the corner layer active, apply a drop shadow to your liking. Usually V1, H 1, then switch to V -1, H -1. opacity 100 and blur of 35. Layers merge ALL
