Select the graphic you want to frame.
With your dropper tool, choose a color from your graphic for the foreground.
Choose a dark color for your background.
Change foreground to styles and use the gold pattern included. Now to get started.
Remember to save often. Note: FF=floodfill and all borders will be symmetrical.
Image, add border of 1 with your dark color,
select border with magic wand, selections, INVERT,
apply the following cutout, V & H 3, opacity 94 and blur 25. Repeat cutout with V & H -3, other settings the same, deselect SAVE!.
Image, add border of 5, select with magic wand, FF with gold pattern,
Effects/plugins/Bordermania/Frame2 with these settings:
Effects/Plugins/Balder Olrik/Harmonizer 2 with these settings:
Image, add border of 15, select with magic wand, FF with your foreground color,
Effects/Noise/add 19% uniform. Keep selected, Effects/Textures/Blinds with these settings:
Deselect
Image, add border of 5,select, FF with gold, repeat the bordermania frame 2 and the Harmonizer2. Deselect.
Image, add border of 25, FF with your foreground color.
Effects/plugins/Greg's Factory Outlet Vol II/Pool Shadow with these settings:
Repeat pool shadow again with these settings:
Effect/plugin/Eyecandy4000/Jiggle with these settings:
Effects/3D Effects/Innerbevel with these settings: deselect
Image, add border of 1 background color
Image, add border of 5 foreground color, select, FF with gold pattern,
apply the bordermania, and repeat the harmonizer2. Deselect.
Image, add border of 30, select, FF with foreground color.
Effects/Plugins/Graphic Plus/Kaleidoscope with these settings:
Select None. With your magic wand, select the foreground color in the border.
The areas outside of the kaleidoscope shape, FF with gold pattern,
add 19% noise, reapply the inner bevel. Deselect
Image, add border of 1 background color.
Image, add border of 5 foreground color, select, FF with gold pattern,
selections invert and apply the same cutout. Deselect.
Your frame is finished now-If you would like to add corners, choose your corner you want to use and edit/copy, click back on frame and paste as new layer. Duplicate that layer and mirror it. Then duplicate that layer and flip. Now duplicate the flipped layer and mirror-Now you have the 4 corners. You can add a drop shadow if you like. X out the frame layer, click back on one of the corner layers and merge visible. Go to Effects/3D effects/Drop shadow with these settings: V & H 1, opacity 100, blur 19.
